(purple) Beads in near-electric shades of amethyst tumble along a silky, multi-hued ribbon, the fabric accented by shades of cerulean, mustard and chocolate. Ties in back.

(light beads, blue/yellow pattern fabric) The multiple layers and colors of each bead shed light on the history of the paper used to create them, each bead connected via a brightly patterned ribbon path. Ties in back.

(brown/green) The color-splashed ribbon creates a striking contrast against the deep, brownish-green beads. Ties in back.

(blue) Hued an intense robin's egg blue, each bead contains its own unique variations of color – a credit to the necklace's one-of-a-kind creation process – all of which complement the pattern on the ribbon connecting them. Ties in back.

(burgundy pattern ribbon) Swirls of burgundy twirl and swoop across the ribboned base, which gently cradles each multi-hued bead as delicately as a mother's embrace. Ties in back.
Every bead is handcrafted from 100% recycled paper. Each bead is carefully rolled creating it's unique and distinctive design. Because each item is uniquely handmade and crafted, each photo is a close example but not exact replica.

Each piece of jewelry is handmade, start to finish, by Ugandan women. Because of the unique nature of the creation process, no two pieces will ever be exactly alike. Isn't that amazing? Though the pieces may share similarities in color and design, each has its own story and characteristics that make it 100% unique... just like the extraordinary woman who crafted it.
